The star of Netflix’s Menendez brothers series just popped by Miami Art Week: ‘Wow’
The Internet is officially obsessed with Nicholas Alexander Chavez.
The actor, who played convicted killer Lyle Menendez in the Netflix crime drama “Monsters,” is the subject of several viral memes.
And a few lucky folks attending a Miami Art Week event got to see the streaming star in real life Tuesday night.
Chavez popped by local artist Mr. Drip’s live painting party at MILA rooftop restaurant and lounge in Miami Beach.
Rocking a double breasted beige suit, the “General Hospital” alum held court and posed with attendees including influencer Nelli Pochynok who shared a pic of the two, calling him her “crush.”
The model’s not alone in her feelings. Despite playing a man who has been behind bars along with his younger brother Erik (played by Cooper Koch) for more than 30 years for killing their parents, Chavez has become a bonafide Hollywood star.
Various trending memes of the 25-year-old Texan have likely popped up on your feed if you spend any time at all doom scrolling. The most popular one is a mashup of Lyle using a news reporter’s camera to address the mafia, who was initially thought to have put a hit on his parents, L.A. entertainment executive Jose Menendez and his wife Kitty. The montage also includes footage of Chavez, an obvious fitness fanatic, shirtless.
After Mila posted an image of the photogenic hunk, the lounge’s followers were blown away that he was in town.
“Wow.”
“OMG.”
“Dying.”
Insiders tell us Chavez also stopped by Cartier’s pop-up exhibit celebrating the French fashion house’s 100th anniversary of the Trinity ring in the Design District.
In Cartier’s post sharing a pic of the heartthrob, who is also an ambassador for the iconic brand, more swooning went on in the comments.
“Hot.”
“Oh, you beautiful, beautiful man. Someone sedate me.”
“Does he come with the jewelry?”
“Perfection.”
“Doing God’s work, thank you.”
“This man is so fine, Lord have mercy!”
