The Netflix bout behind him, Mike Tyson will meet with fans in Miami. Here are details
Mike Tyson is dusting himself off from losing to Jake Paul during their Nov. 15 bout watched by millions on Netflix.
The 58-year-old boxing legend is now turning his attention to his other ventures, namely his cannabis business, TYSON 2.0.
Iron Mike will be making an appearance on Saturday at the MÜV dispensary in North Miami to celebrate the launch of such products as Mike Bites edibles as well as new botanical vape flavors. Pro tip: Folks will need medical marijuana cards to purchase.
If you are one of the fans who watched the viral fight last month and want to ask him about taking on the 27-year-old YouTube star, here’s your chance. Tyson is expected to greet fans, snap photos and maybe even show off some famous moves like his right hook/uppercut combo.
It’s good to see Tyson up and running again. The father of seven went all eight rounds with the whipper snapper, who won by unanimous decision.
The former heavyweight champ later said he had no regrets.
“This is one of those situations when you lost but still won,” Tyson wrote in a statement on Instagram the following day.
The Brooklyn native went on to explain that he “almost died” after experiencing an ulcer flareup on a flight in May on a flight from Miami to Los Angeles.
“[I] had eight blood transfusions. Lost half my blood and 25 pounds in hospital and had to fight to get healthy to fight,” Tyson wrote. “So I won.”
