They went there.

Toward the end of an interview with Lauren Sanchez on Wednesday’s “Today” show Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb asked the multi billion dollar question.

“How’s wedding planning?” Savannah slyly slipped in during a brief pause.

Sanchez, who had been talking about the mega donation she and fiancé Jeff Bezos just made to combat homelessness, seemed slightly taken aback.

“So, you asked,” she deadpanned, around the 5:35 mark of the roughly seven minute segment.

“Of course we asked,” Guthrie responded.

“How could we not!?” Kotb piped in.

Sanchez stammered slightly, explaining she’d been super busy with the philanthropy project, a book tour for “The Fly Who Flew to Space” and the holidays.

“You’ll get to it,” Kotb said.

“No, I’m getting to it right now,” Sánchez assured the hosts. “Very excited about it. Um, thinking about the dress, I have to say. I do have a Pinterest. I’m just like every other bride.”

And with that, talk of the nuptials ended without more information about a date, venue or location.

But, according to the U.S. Sun, the Indian Creek Village based couple, engaged since May 2023, are planning a winter wonderland themed wedding in Aspen next month.

“He loves her and would marry her tomorrow,” an insider tells the outlet. “The only thing holding up the wedding is his, and her, lawyers.”
