Diddy’s L.A. mansion, the site of ‘freak offs’ and a federal raid, just got an offer
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Los Angeles area mansion just got an offer, and it’s pretty lowball.
Real estate influencer Bo Belmont is offering $30 million for the Holmby Hills estate, the site of a federal raid back in March and the setting for multiple alleged “freak offs.”
Combs, who is behind bars on sex trafficking and other charges, first put the 17,000 square footer up for sale in September for $61.5 million. The fallen rapper purchased it new back in 2014 for $39 million.
According to sources at the time, the disgraced singer, amid his legal travails, “wanted out of L.A.” The 55-year-old father of seven maintains two mansions in Star Island in Miami Beach, his main residence that was also hit up by agents last spring.
If the deal goes through, Belmont (who recently snagged Kanye West’s crib) is reportedly planning on making some changes to the classic colonial style digs.
“I want to remove the stigma and focus on the charming elegance of this remarkable property,” said the owner of Belwood Investments in a release. “We intend major renovations and especially want to recapture the beautiful, bucolic setting of the outside grounds, with its picturesque trees, foliage and walkways.”
Once the glow-up is complete, back on the market it will go.
“This prominent estate will be a great asset to our growing portfolio of luxury properties,” he concluded.
