Ivanka Trump shows off intense workout routine at the gym: ‘I’ve never been stronger’
Since relocating to South Florida four years ago, Ivanka Trump’s been spotted all over the place getting her workout on.
The former first daughter has been seen jogging on the boardwalk, wakeboarding in the bay, and walking near her Indian Creek Village mansion.
But on Tuesday, Trump showed a different aspect to her exercise routine — at the gym. In an Instagram video, the 42 year old took her followers through a typical session, and it’s pretty intense.
In the caption, the ex political advisor explains her focus used to be on cardio, yoga and Pilates, but since her move to a hot climate, she shifted to weightlifting and resistance training, which has been “transformative.”
Her top five “time tested” moves? Squats, deadlifts, hinges, pushes and pulls, done three to four days a week, with the help of a trainer.
“These are the cornerstones of my workout, emphasizing functional strength for life,” continues the post. “Prioritizing form is essential; only then do I add weight. This ensures a safe and steady progression while maintaining the integrity of each movement.”
As for diet, the native New Yorker wrote that increasing her protein intake (about 30 to 50 grams a meal) is essential to her progress.
“I’ve never been stronger!” concludes the mother of three. “Here’s to pushing boundaries and embracing new challenges together!”
