Legendary supermodels strutted in the Victoria’s Secret show. So, where was Gisele?
Victoria’s Secret got the band back together.
The lingerie retailer’s show was canceled in 2018 after ratings plummeted reportedly due to the lack of inclusivity.
But the brand brought the sexy back with a bang in at the Brooklyn Navy Yard Tuesday night, with more au naturel looks as well as older models and plus sizers.
There was also ample representation from VS legends including Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, the Hadid sisters, Kate Moss and Tyra Banks.
One supermodel was glaringly missing, though. That would be Gisele Bundchen, who was an angelic mainstay on the VS catwalk for years.
As per TMZ, the 44-year-old industry vet was invited, but took a pass.
Sources told the outlet that reps from the company reached out to the Brazilian bombshell over the summer but her team “politely declined” with “no hard feelings.”
The Miami Beach based mother of two retired from the runway in 2020 and apparently, even though she’s in terrific shape, wasn’t feeling it.
