In the weeks leading up to his tragic sudden death, Liam Payne was a Florida man.

The former One Direction singer and his girlfriend Kate Cassidy had moved into a stunning rental in Wellington, about an hour northwest of Miami.

Payne, who died Wednesday after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, recently gave his Snapchat followers an “MTV Cribs” style tour of the place.

“Who lives in a house like this? Let’s go and find out,” he begins the video outside the sprawling two story stunner, reports The Daily Mail.

“Welcome to LJP Cribs,” the former boybander says (his middle name is James). “This is the new chateau.”

The 31-year-old Brit then proceeds to show off the sleek interior of the Med style home, which includes floor to ceiling windows, a spiral staircase, fireplace and massive closets.

“Built during the first revolution, original stone,” Payne jokes. “Since then they knocked a few walls through and the ceiling was vaulted twice.”

Cassidy also gave her TikTok followers a peek inside after the couple first moved in last month. She took a picture out by the pool, her most recent Instagram post, but tagged the location as being in Miami.

The 25-year-old influencer had been in Buenos Aires with the ex boybander up until Monday, when she decided to fly back. Payne fell to his death from the third floor of the CasaSur Hotel on Wednesday.

“I was so ready to leave, honestly. I love South America, but I hate staying in one place for too long,” Cassidy said in a TikTok documenting her trip back to Florida. “We were supposed to be there for, like, five days. Turned into two weeks, and I was just like, I need to go home.”

In the preliminary autopsy report obtained by “Today,” Payne died from “polytrauma [multiple injuries] and internal and external bleeding.” A toxicology report is pending.
