Hold up!

A beloved castmate from the “Real Housewives of Miami” is missing in action.

That would be Dr. Nicole Martin.

The anesthesiologist with the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine was the only woman absent from filming for the first group event of season 7 on Tuesday, according to Page Six.

Martin joined the franchise during its Season 4 reboot in 2021, along with other newbies, former beauty queen Julia Lemigova and event planner Guerdy Abraira.

It is unclear if the 39-year-old fan favorite, who just gave birth to a baby girl five months ago, is out of the series entirely, or if she is busy with other projects.

On Instagram, this week the mother of two unveiled a skincare line called Exoceuticals, which Martin calls “the secret sauce” for her amazing complexion.

An ad for the creams with her as the model appeared on the giant billboard in Times Square, she shared on Monday.

Followers took the opportunity to reach out to the Kendall native inquiring about her current situation in the comments section.

“How will we survive without you.”

“Better be a joke!!! You are my favorite on the show!!!”

“Girllll you better be coming back.”

“I know you don’t need RHOM but RHOM NEEDS YOU QUEEN.”

“I am literally devastated. I have to take a day off work to grieve lol. Tell us it’s a lie.”

Bravo did not immediately respond to the Miami Herald’s request for comment on Wednesday.
