This divorce has more drama than a reality show.

We’re talking about “Real Housewives of Miami” stars Alexia Echevarria and Todd Nepola, who split back in April.

Nepola, 51, was the one who filed for the dissolution of marriage, apparently blindsiding Echevarria.

The mother of two, 57, later released a statement on Instagram saying she was “shocked and heartbroken.”

That was then and this is now.

The exes were recently seen on a PDA packed getaway over Labor Day weekend, Page Six reports.

So what gives? Are these two going to fire their lawyers and get back together?

Whatever they decide, they need to do it quickly.

As per In Touch Weekly, a judge issued a warning to Nepola that he needs to take action to move the divorce forward or the case will be tossed.

“Review of the docket display and court file indicates that there appears to have been no action by any party to the cause nor have any pleading or orders of the court been filed in said cause for a sufficient period to indicate that the parties are desirous of further prosecuting this cause,” say court documents obtained by ITW.

The Miami Herald also reviewed the docket; the judge filed the motion to progress the case on Sept. 6 and has given the businessman 30 days to respond.

It’s unclear what issues they were having to make Nepola take such a drastic step.

The two eloped in St. Barths in December 2021 after their original wedding day had to be canceled due to the death of Echevarria’s mother from COVID.

They had their ups and downs like many reality TV couples who have to display their relationship for the cameras, but seem to genuinely care for one another.

And even throughout the legal process, Echevarria admitted they’ve hooked up.

“We’re super into each other,” she admitted during a June appearance on the “Two Ts in a Pod” podcast. “I’m madly in love with him … so that’s why it’s so difficult.”
