Luke Bryan finally sold his beachfront Florida home. It has a heartbreaking nickname
Going, going, gone.
After two years of trying to make a sale, Luke Bryan has found a buyer for his gorgeous oceanfront home in Santa Rosa Beach in Florida’s Panhandle.
Bryan, 48, originally listed the 4,645-square-foot four-bedroom, four-bathroom mansion in Santa Rosa Beach in late 2022 for $18 million, and cut the price three times.
The country music star, who bought the stunner in 2013 for $2.5 million, is still making a tidy profit. Someone snatched it up the completely redone, four-story modern gem for $12.95 million.
Real estate agent Hannah Martin, who brokered the pending deal, gave followers a tour of the all-white architectural beauty on Instagram.
“This iconic and pristine coastal estate is located on over an acre with 95 feet of Gulf frontage,” reads the description.
Perks include pine floors, soaring ceilings, multiple terraces, pool, elevator and high tech appliances throughout.
Bryan’s fans left comments congratulating him on the sale and complimenting the digs.
“Fabulous!”
“Perfection.”
“Slay.”
It’s unclear why the “American Idol” judge and his wife Caroline Boyer wanted to leave the Sunshine State, but we do know insurance rates for beachfront property in storm-prone areas are through the roof, even for millionaire entertainers like him.
The sprawling house will likely always hold a special place in their heart, though. They called it “Snowman,” a nickname for Bryan’s older brother Chris who died in a car crash in 1996.
