Doing his part for the home team!

OK, so Marcello Hernandez may make his living as a comedian, but he showed up to support the Miami Marlins Friday night at loanDepot Park.

The “Saturday Night Live” breakout star, who used to crack up local fans of Only in Dade, threw out the first pitch ahead of the game.

Hernandez also took a tour of the clubhouse and hung out with a few players.

It’s nice to see the 305 native back home in his old stomping grounds; Hernandez joined the big leagues at NBC back in September 2022.

Missed the comic at the game?

No worries; he’s not about to quit his, um, night job,

You can catch the Belen Jesuit Preparatory School alum at an upcoming gig at Dania Beach Improv June 21-23.
