Welcome to Florida, Sydney Sweeney.

We think you’re going to like it here.

How could she not? Because word on the real estate street is that the “White Lotus” star will be living large.

According to widespread media reports, Sweeney recently snapped up a house in the Keys for approximately $13.5 million.

TMZ first reported the palm tree lined property was listed at around $20 million, but as per Page Six, the Spokane, Washington, native was able to get a better deal.

According to Realtor.com, the sweet waterside crib, built in 2015, was initially listed in May 2022 for $17,999,900. The listing agent was reportedly Terri Spottswood with Truman & Co. Real Estate Services, which posted exterior shots of this oceanfront gem. We are loving the place, starting with the bronze tarpon fountain that greets visitors out front.

“It’s a masterful union of architectural splendor with the casual atmosphere that defines the Keys lifestyle,” reads the home’s description on Zillow.

The 26-year-old actress, who is engaged to restaurateur Jonathan Davino, 40, will definitely have more than enough room to entertain.

The 7,720-square-foot six bedroom, eight bathroom manse includes all the bells and whistles for an awesome party; e.g, a chef’s kitchen with top of the line appliances; 520-bottle wine “cellar”; game room; salt water infinity pool with swim-up bar; and a (literally) giant cocktail conversation starter — a 330-gallon aquarium.

In April, Sweeney was spotted belting out karaoke at The Backyard Bar in Key West in April. The “Anyone But You” cutie may have been house hunting in the area.

That trip was right before a Hollywood producer’s disparaging comments about her went viral.

During a Q&A in New York, Carol Baum told the audience that she saw Sweeney in the movie “Anyone But You” and wasn’t a fan.

“She’s not pretty. She can’t act. Why is she so hot?’‘ Baum, who is also a professor, reportedly said.

Sweeney later released responded through her agent.

“How sad that a woman in the position to share her expertise and experience chooses instead to attack another woman,“ said the statement. “If that’s what she’s learned in her decades in the industry and feels is appropriate to teach to her students, that’s shameful.”
