People are always asking Gisele how she looks so hot. Now she’s giving up the goods
You want to look like Gisele Bundchen. We get that. We do, too. But since cloning isn’t in the cards, you can do the next best thing, and that is to follow her every move.
Thankfully, the 43-year-old supermodel is sharing tips and tricks on how she maintains her trim physique and looks runway ready at all times, even when being picked up at the airport in the middle of the night.
Bundchen just announced her upcoming cookbook called “Nourish,” a collection of not only recipes, but stories about feeding her family and sharing memorable meals.
“People are always asking me what I eat and how I stay fit,” the Brazilian captioned her Instagram post. “Great food is something I am passionate about, and it is vital for living a healthy lifestyle.”

The five-foot-11 fashion icon — who coparents son Benjamin, 13, and daughter Vivian, 10, with ex Tom Brady — reveals that she relies on “lean, healthy proteins” and “nutrient-rich vegetables” to maintain her fab figure.
According to publisher Penguin Random House’s description, “Nourish” includes 100 “approachable” “body fueling” gluten-free dishes for busy folks on the go.
“In her cookbook, Gisele provides thoughtful guidance on how to create a routine filled with positive intention, nourishing food and gratitude,” says a press release.

Think smoothies, fruit bowls, frittatas, wraps and tons of salads (natch). Bundchen even includes cheat-day goodies like cheesy bread from her home country (Pão de Queijo) and pizza (really!).
Food is just part of the picture. Exercise is also key in her daily routine. In her 2019 book “Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life,” the industry vet famously wrote, “Yoga gave me back my life.”
“Nourish,” $35, drops March 26, 2024, but is available for pre-order now at Books & Books and other retailers; act fast and you can even get an autographed copy.
