Technology may have played a part in Joe Jonas filing for divorce from Sophie Turner, or so we hear.

TMZ first reported that the onetime boybander discovered footage on a doorbell camera of the “Game of Thrones” star “saying and/or doing something” to trigger the split.

It’s unclear when and where Jonas viewed or heard the footage; the exes just sold their eclectic Bay Point mansion last month. They also spend time in New York City and Los Angeles.

Turner, who is British, is currently in London, wrapping up her series called “Joan.” Pictures of the 27- year-old actress at a U.K. bar at the cast’s wrap party appeared on Thursday; Jonas is currently in L.A. with their two small daughters.

On Tuesday the singer, 34, filed for divorce in Miami-Dade County, as per court records, calling the four-year marriage “irretrievably broken.”

The two shared identical statements on their social media accounts a day after confirming their demise as a couple, calling the split “amicable” and “mutual.”

Jonas and Turner also addressed the Internet rumor mill because keyboard-warrior trolls always have their own theories:

“There are many speculative narratives as to why, but truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children.”

The comments were turned off.
