Real Housewives of Miami stars’ divorce just took another turn. Here’s the latest drama
One of Miami’s biggest divorces from hell just took another turn, so better keep your score card handy.
Despite the fact that Lisa and Lenny Hochstein are not yet legally untangled, he just got engaged.
The lucky lady? Katherina Mazepa, the Austrian influencer whom the so-called Boob God began dating last year just before filing to split from his wife and mother of his two kids.
The 56-year-old plastic surgeon shared his fiancee’s Instagram carousel of the romantic proposal on a Spanish beach Monday, which also happened to be his estranged wife’s 41st birthday.
“On top of an ancient pirate cave, overlooking the sunset over breathtaking Es Vedrá, he asked to steal me away forever,” said his bride-to-be’s caption, who is literally half his age (we’ll do the math: 27).
Meanwhile, the “Real Housewives of Miami” star was a few hundred miles away celebrating her bday with her new beau, local entrepreneur Jody Glidden, 49, in Paris. She reacted by sharing a snarky note on her Stories: “Congrats to my current husband and his mistress on their engagement.”
How long will Lenny be her current husband is the multi-million dollar question. A scan of Miami-Dade County court records show that the exes are still sparring over loose ends and a “case management hearing” is set for Sept. 14.
Once the dust settles, we hope all parties involved in this mess can make nice-nice; after all, Miami is a pretty small town. But things could get slightly awkward when grandma (Lenny’s mom Marina Hochstein) wants to babysit.
Apparently, there is no love lost between the Peacock beauty and her soon to be ex mother-in-law, who snipped in the comments section of the engagement post: “I will be very happy that this time you are getting a woman who love and respect [sic] you. You certainly did not have that in your previous marriage.”
Lisa screengrabbed Marina’s note, adding one of her own: “How disgusting.”
Yep, good luck on the coparenting front. The former couple, married 12 years, will share Logan, 7, and Elle, 3, for many years to come.
