Miami moms’ night out: Gisele and Shakira seen enjoying a meal at this upscale mall
Oh, to be a fly buzzing around the air at Bal Harbour Shops on Tuesday evening.
Two of Miami’s most eligible bachelorettes got together for dinner on Tuesday and inquiring minds really want to know what they chatted about.
We, of course, are referring to local superstars Gisele Bundchen and Shakira, who were photographed by TMZ paps enjoying a dinner at Makoto.
OK, sorry, it wasn’t girls night out kind of thing.
Bundchen, whose divorce from NFL legend Tom Brady was finalized last fall, and Shakira, who split with soccer star Gerard Pique last summer, both had their school age kids with them, while strolling along the tree lined promenade.
Shakira was accompanied by Milan, 10, and Sasha, 8; Bundchen with Vivian, 10, and Benjamin, 13.
It’s unclear how long these two have known each other, but they certainly have quite a bit in common. Both are multilingual; Gisele, from Brazil, can speak fluent Spanish to her Colombian pal and likewise, Shak can parlay Portuguese.
We have a feeling the topic didn’t revolve around either the sport of soccer or (American) football.
Maybe the ladies were talking about the dating scene in the 305. (Pro tip: Stay away from the Clevelander).
So far, both appear to be single and mingling, and just lapping up being moms; both of their last Instagram posts revolved around their munchkins for Mother’s Day.
But there are prospects, of course.
Gisele was rumored to be hanging with her kids’ jujitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente. The story about the supermodel dating real estate mogul (and Elle Macpherson’s) ex, Jeff Soffer, turned out to be false, because he is actually happily engaged.
As for Shak, the pop star has been living it up since relocating from Barcelona last month, attending a slew of events and seen in the company of such high profile bachelors as Lewis Hamilton and Tom Cruise.
