Sunday Funday.

Gisele Bündchen took a ride the other day and seemed to be in great spirits.

Wearing short jean shorts (aka Daisy Dukes) and a tank top, the supermodel glides along a palm tree lined road in what appears to be Miami Beach, near where she has a home (actually, two).

The mother of two’s caption was oh so positive and reminded us all that sometimes we need to step back and focus on the positive once in a while.

In the clip, a smiling Bundchen zooms toward the camera, then lifts her legs off the pedals. “It’s a beautiful day!” reads the text over screen. (She was correct; the weather in South Florida finally improved after a torrential downpour caused major chaos and headaches).

“We all have our fair shares of trials,” began the caption in both English and her native Portuguese. “Every laugh, every fall, every experience, the good and the bad, everything is here to teach us something and help us grow.”

The Brazilian bombshell’s ex husband Tom Brady was not included in the hashtags, but judging by this latest post, the coparenting thing appears to be going fairly, um, swimmingly.

“Nothing is permanent,” the 42-year-old mother of two concluded. “So let’s enjoy the good moments and learn from the bad ones. Every day is a gift!”

Thanks for the reminder. Now we feel the need to go immediately rent a Citibike.
