Smile, Trick Daddy! Famed Miami rapper finally gets grills removed from his teeth

It was time.

Trick Daddy finally removed his grills.

The famed Miami rapper didn’t undergo the treatment for aesthetic purposes; apparently, his oral hygiene wasn’t so hot, TMZ first reported.

Trick’s dentist, Danielle Noguera of 5 Star Smiles in Coral Gables, told the media outlet that the Sunday’s Eatery owner had not tended to his teeth in a very long while, as in 15 years. That’s FIFTEEN.

Translation: Those gold grills he’s been sporting since 1994 (we really don’t want to imagine what his breath was like) were covering up some major decay.

How bad were the hip hopper’s chompers? Let’s just say Trick had to undergo painful bone graft surgery to repair them. Noguera says that the hip hopper has already plunked down $60,000 to eventually have a Hollywood smile, full of sparkling white porcelain veneers. Your guy is already halfway there, with the uppers completed, before and after pics on the site show.

If you care to see what’s going on under the 48-year-old music legend’s hood, literally, the “Love & Hip Hop: Miami” cameras reportedly documented his complicated oral health journey.

Lesson to the kids at home: Brush and floss twice daily and have your teeth professionally cleaned.
