Living large, indeed.

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft and his wife, Dana, have plunked down $23.75 million for a Palm Beach penthouse.

Sounds like a lot? That’s because even in South Florida’s still piping-hot real estate market, it is. The deal marks the priciest condo ever sold in the tony town, the Wall Street Journal reported.

The unit originally hit the market in September for $26.5 million, so they got a relative deal. Still, chump change for Kraft, who is worth about $10.6 billion as chairman and CEO of the Kraft Group, the holding company that owns the Patriots.

For this kind of dough, you get what you pay for — that means views for miles and a ton of space. The 6,000-plus-square spread has four bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms.

The beachfront pad also includes a so-called butler’s pantry, library, floor-to-ceiling windows and a 1,300-square-foot terrace. The 40-year-old building, the Leverett House, offers expansive gardens and waterside cabanas for the lucky residents.

Property records show late oil and gas magnate Erving Wolf and his wife, Joyce, were the previous owners. Some of their massive art collection reportedly remains in the apartment.

Kraft, 81, purchased the place via the Delaware entity Leverett House PB LLC. Dana Koch and Paulette Koch of the Corcoran Group represented the seller. Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate represented the buyers. After the sale, the Koch Team posted a video of the plush condo on Instagram, touting it as “sophisticated and contemporary.”
