Shakira fans in the 305, you’ll be seeing a lot more of her, probably sooner rather than later.

As part of a custody deal hashed out among lawyers in a marathon 12-hour meeting in Spain, the Colombian superstar’s wish has been granted, and she can reportedly move to Miami, according to widespread Spanish language media reports.

Bonus: The Super Bowl LIV performer is allowed to take her two sons with Gerard Pique along with her, and raise Milan, nine, and Sasha, seven, in the Magic City.

Pique will get visitation whenever he wants as non-custodial parent, while Shak is the sole legal guardian, El Pais reports.

Word is the out-of-court meeting began Monday afternoon at the exes’ former family home in Esplugues de Llobregat, outside Barcelona. Things were reportedly “intense,” but in the end, the 45-year-old mama bear got what she wanted, and is set to put down stakes in early 2023.

The agreement was apparently for the well-being of all parties; the boys can hopefully thrive in this sunny, international hub with strong, bilingual schools. Miami is also an ideal spot to further Shakira’s musical career (this we already know).

Now that the ugly legalities are pretty much wrapped up, let’s hope the ex couple can find peace.

The pop star split with Pique earlier this year amid rumors of infidelity, telling Elle magazine that the breakup was the “darkest time” of her life. As for the 35-year-old soccer star, Pique has already moved on with a new woman, and announced his retirement from the sport Saturday.
