Welcome to the neighborhood, Future!

The Atlanta native (born Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn) just laid out $16.3 million for a beauty of a home on Allison Island in Miami Beach.

Per public records, Dina Goldentayer with Douglas Elliman represented the sellers in the transaction, while Jordan Karp represented the 38-year-old music star, the Miami Herald can confirm.

The “Life is Good” hip-hopper will be living large: Future’s new pad has plenty of elbow room. We’re talking 8,897 square feet of space, with seven bedrooms and eight (and a half) baths.

According to the luxe property’s description, the “modern marvel” includes Ornare kitchen cabinetry, custom walk-in closets spanning the entire length of the home and private balconies everywhere.

The backyard is an entertainer’s paradise, with pool, spa, summer kitchen and plenty of space to park your yacht.

Where’s all this dough coming from? The prolific, multifaceted artist, who has collaborated with everyone from Miley Cyrus and Rihanna to Pusha T and Lil Wayne, is regarded as one of the most influential rappers of this generation. The “Life Is Good” hitmaker most recently teamed up with Megan Thee Stallion for “Pressurelicious.”

So who’s coming to visit? Future reportedly has seven kids with various past relationships, including a son with pop star Ciara named Future Jr., 8. Safe to say, dad’s got room for lots of sleepovers.
