Miami or bust: Larsa Pippen just dropped $3.37 million on this penthouse, say reports

Larsa Pippen has gone all 305 on us.

“The Real Housewives of Miami” star has moved on down from Broward County to Dade, to an apartment in the sky, TMZ first reported.

That Pippen relocated a few miles south is not a big shock. The 48 year old, who is often seen partying at hot spots in Brickell and South Beach, had been trying to unload the Fort Lauderdale house she shared with ex husband Scottie Pippen and their four kids for ages.

That sweet waterfront crib (complete with a water slide that made a great backdrop on “RHOM”) finally sold for 10.5M last September.

Seth Semilof and Kamal Hotchandani of HL Real Estate Group reportedly repped the Peacock castmate in the recent purchase of the plush pad, which appears to be downtown, judging by the gorgeous, expansive views.

Not that we would divulge the address, as the jewelry designer’s Only Fans followers may want to pay a visit. But you can check out the sprawling space on her selfie-laden Instagram timeline.

Price tag? $3.375 million, which is pretty much a steal these days when a one bedroom rental in Kendall will run a poor sucker upward of $3,000 a month .

The luxe penthouse may not be the only place Pippen lays her head. The New York Post is reporting that she may drop some coin on a summer spot in the Hamptons, where the Housewives famously traveled on a wild, cocktail fueled episode last year.

“The community is amazing, and I love that it is so close to the city,” she gushed to the outlet. “It’s super fun, with all the shopping and restaurants, and you can have a little bit of everything here.”

Here in Miami, too, Larsa. But we totally get that you want to escape in the summertime.
