The Lisa and Lenny Hochstein divorce is getting uglier by the day: The plastic surgeon’s girlfriend has taken legal action.

Katharina Mazepa recently filed a restraining order against the “Real Housewives of Miami” star, according to Dade-County court records.

The Austrian model, who is reportedly currently living with the so called Boob God, claims that Hochstein has been engaged in a campaign of “harassment, cyberstalking, bullying and defamation” since the couple began dating in May, around the same time the doctor filed for divorce.

The 15 page temporary injunction for protection accuses the mother of two, 40, of “making threatening phone calls, creating fake social media accounts and posting threatening and false statements” about the 26 year old.

Though the reality star initially said she was “blindsided” by her husband’s actions, Mazepa told E! News Monday that she and Hochstein, 56, did not have an affair.

“As Lenny pointed out in his own public statement, they have been separated and sleeping in different bedrooms for months now and living separate lives,” the Austrian influencer said. “It is only after Lenny’s separation that we began dating and having a relationship.”

Though it doesn’t appear Mazepa has met the Hochsteins’ children, the couple traveled to her country so her famous bf could meet her family. On his Instagram, Lenny poses in front of the famed Belvedere castle in Vienna.

“Katharina hopes this filing will help her move on peacefully with her relationship with Lenny,” said the model’s publicist Louisa Warwick.

Lisa, who still lives in the palatial marital home on Star Island with the kids, has not released a statement on the matter. But a pinned photo on her timeline is a picture of her looking fabulous in a green, festive dress with the caption, “Keep smiling, keep shining.”

A hearing on the matter is set for Aug. 15.
