A nice day at the beach spoiled:

We’re talking about Camila Cabello, who got snapped during a day out by the ocean while back home in Miami.

Paps caught the former Fifth Harmony member in an animal print bikini last week at a beach club she frequents, and let’s just say the photos splashed all over the Internet later weren’t filtered.

Cabello, who has been candid about her struggles with staying thin and fit, took to social media to slam the photogs who stalked her.

In the lengthy message, the 25 year old writes she was keenly aware of the local paparazzi, and their presence made her uncomfortable and physically tense.

“Every time I go to this beach club in Miami, I get papped,” she started the post. (It’s unclear which property she is referring to, but even if we knew we wouldn’t tell.)

“I’ve felt super vulnerable and unprepared – I’ve worn bikinis that were too small and paid no mind to how I looked, then saw pictures online and comments and been so upset,” wrote Cabello.

Knowing there was going to be “basically a whole photo shoot” going on, the “Havana” singer told her fans she prepped by sporting a new bathing suit and barely ate.

Despite all the best laid plans, Cabello admitted she had “never had a worse time” at a place that used to be fun for her as a child and more recently, with ex Shawn Mendes.

“I held my core so tight my abs hurt and didn’t breathe and barely smiled and was so self conscious of where the paps were the whole time I couldn’t let go and relax and do what we’re meant to do when we go out into nature,” Cabello complained.

The Cuban native is working on becoming more secure and loving herself, but in the meantime, she still cares and it’s hard.

“I’m not yet at the point in my journey where I can not give a f---,” the message concluded. “Intellectually, I know what I look like doesn’t determine how healthy or happy or sexy I am. Emotionally, the messaging I get from our world is so loud in my own head. Ironically, all the therapy and hard work is to try and get back to feeling like 7-year-old me on the beach ... I’m mourning her today.”
