It’s back: The largest traveling outdoor bounce house in the world is hitting South Florida again. Yes, the world.

This enormous inflatable, 40 times the size of your average bounce house at approximately 13,000 square feet, was inducted into the Guinness World Records in 2019.

The so called Big Bounce America, which stops at Miramar Regional Park Jan 28-30, features fun literally all around you. Included in the aerobic adventure: a mega obstacle course, super slide, space themed zone, ball pit, sports arena, climbing walls, hoops galore and music from an on site DJ.

So how are organizers handling the COVID situation?

“As an outdoor event, The Big Bounce America is already in the ‘low risk’ category,” says the website, adding that hand sanitizer stations will be positioned throughout the event site and guests will be required to wash up before boarding rides.

Because social distancing is challenging in this environment, capacity will be limited at each attraction. “Our event will adhere to the prevailing restrictions, mandates and health advice.”

Josh Kinnersley, Chief Operating Officer of BBA, thinks this is the ideal reason to leave the house: ”We invite you to kick those shoes off and let loose for a while.”

Floridians elsewhere can also enjoy the fun. The house rolls into Tampa on Feb. 11-13, Jacksonville, Feb. 18-20 and Orlando, Feb. 25-27.
