This ‘Marrying Millions’ star is selling his waterfront castle in Coconut Grove

There are fancy South Florida cribs.

Then there’s this place.

“Marrying Millions” star Bill Hutchinson just listed his waterfront getaway, and it sounds like it would make a perfect backdrop for another “Malificent” sequel.

“Your modern fairytale is just waiting to happen in this rare gothic-style castle in Miami,” reads the description of the Texan’s palatial estate in Coconut Grove. “Find your happily ever after in this royal architectural wonder that combines Gothic architecture and contemporary finishes.”

Why the 62-year-old real estate magnate, who appears on Lifetime’s hit show with his 22-year-old girlfriend Brianna Ramirez, would want to unload this 12,000 square foot, six bedroom, seven bath home is a mystery.

Because the perks sound amazing. Forget the elevator, rooftop sundeck, gardens, infinity pool and amazing water views. We think Ramirez would just want to hang out here, for like, ever.

Because this mega-manse sounds like cool-party central, with 30-foot high vaulted cathedral-like ceilings, stained glass windows, stone fireplaces, French cast bronze chandeliers, stone floors and more dashes of mystery.

Well, it is for sale. And if the pandemic hasn’t completed wrecked your finances, you can snatch up the property for a cool $8.25 million.

Ironically, another local reality star has the listing, Compass realtor Chad Carroll, a cast member of the appropriately titled Bravo show, “Million Dollar Listing.”
