Bhad Bhabie just returned to social media. Here’s why you didn’t hear from her
She’s bhaaaaacckkk.
We’re talking about Bhad Bhabie, who took a brief respite from social media and fighting with random strangers on the Interwebs.
In all seriousness, back in June, the South Florida upstart who rocketed to infamy for threatening a “Dr. Phil” audience, admitted she entered rehab.
Bhabie, real name Danielle Bregoli, said she sought professional help for some “personal issues.”
The 17-year-old rapper recently checked herself into a facility at an undisclosed location to receive treatment for “a combination of things … childhood trauma, but also substance abuse in the form of prescription pills.”
Now that Bregoli is out, she’s engaging with her followers again and we are hoping for the best.
No, for real. As her fans already know, the onetime “Cash Me Outside” girl has a tendency to get a little boisterous. Skai Jackson’s epic feud with her? Back in March, the Disney star got a restraining order against the Boynton Beach native after being harassed and threatened during an online feud. Over a guy. Yikes.
On Instagram Tuesday, Bregoli wrote her 17.9 million followers about her decision to return after going quiet for a few weeks:
“The reason I haven’t been on ig a lot lately is because I took everyone’s advice on getting myself together,” read Bregoli’s lengthy post. “I had to realize that there’s more to life than what ppl have to say in comments and what people think about me. What most ppl dont understand is I had a pretty hard upbringing and on top of that, it’s very hard being a young female growing up in the music industry especially with how I was brought into this whole world of fame. I’m very mistaken and people don’t understand me. I’m often mistaken as the bad guy because ppl dont know the full story of my life and why I act the way I do.”
Let’s hope she had time to reflect during her treatment and she stays away from the comments section.
