JLo and ARod dropped $40 million for fancy quarantine digs on this exclusive island
Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are on the move.
The famous couple is staying in South Florida (phew) but moving into bigger, fancier digs, TMZ first reported.
Since JLo and ARod started dating in 2017, they’ve been laying their well coiffed heads at Rodriguez’s bachelor pad in Coral Gables. It’s unclear whether the former baller will hold on to the sleek pad, which is close to where both their kids go to school.
The mega entertainer and “Shark Tank” star snatched up a mansion on Star Island, favored by celebrities such as Diddy and Madonna.
Price tag: $40 million, according to Realtor.com.
For this amount of dough, the waterfront house on a 40,000 square foot lot comes with a whopping 10 bedrooms, 12 baths, elevator, library and infinity pool.
If they want to do anything that normals do, like go social distance shopping, Lopez, 51, and Rodriguez, 45, will have to travel over the MacArthur Causeway. The nearest supermarket is probably Whole Foods on Alton.
Or then again, their personal chef can cook.
