We want to do our next quarantine in Miami with Dwyane Wade.

The NBA legend knows how to cook, well, fry. This is a skill.

On Tuesday, the basketball star showed fans how to make one of his favorite desserts, Red Velvet Fried Oreos, inspired by the dish at South Beach restaurant Prime 112.

The star of the dessert: Double Stuff Oreos, but maybe try regular if you’re on a diet.

Because we are sure Wade will work off the calories later.

Prime 112, owned by Myles Chefetz, reposted the video to its Instagram, saying if locals don’t want to start whipping things up in their kitchens, they have the famed Oreos available there for takeout.

“In case you missed it...@dwyanewade cooked up an at-home version of our famous fried Oreos on #IGTV! Get your Fried Oreo fix by ordering takeout or free delivery from #Prime112 and #PrimeItalian Call 305-695-8484 to order Prime Italian and 305-532-8112.”

The post ends with the hashtag #supportlocal.

If you want to follow the recipe for his so called Quarantine Body Fat Addition Snack you’ll need a fryer. But the former Miami Heat guard’s mixture for the red velvet batter is pretty simple.

2 cups of flour

1 tsp cocoa powder

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 1/2 cups of milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 eggs

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp red food coloring.
