We totally love art. But more importantly, we saw these celebrities at Art Basel events
We literally can’t.
Nope. We just can’t keep up with Miami Art Week.
Celebrities are all over the place, popping up faster than blast emails in your Spam folder.
We knew Miami was currently ground zero on the star map when Kim and Kourtney Kardashian were seen in Alapattah Tuesday night.
Yes, the Kardashian sibs were front and center for the Dior pre-fall 2020 menswear show at the spanking new, fabulous Rubell Museum. The ladies were in the company of Ricky Martin, Bella Hadid, David Beckham, Maluma, Swiss Beatz and more.
Also there, in a modeling capacity, was rapper Travis Scott, Kylie Jenner’s ex. Did Kim and Kourtney (Kendall J. was in the house, too) play nice-nice with their niece Stormi’s daddy? We don’t know. All we know is that everyone who is important in the world was in Alapattah.
More big-deal sightings went on Wednesday night at hotelier Alan Faena’s private residence in Miami Beach. The extra VIP party was pretty much all for Lenny Kravitz, who these days is the creative director for Dom Pérignon. As part of the rocker’s cushy gig, he gets a champagne named after him and famous people drinking it. How lit was this fete? Diplo played DJ for a crowd that included Rosario Dawson, Tommy Hilfiger, Sean Penn and Bad Bunny.
Across the causeway, champagne was also the adult beverage of choice over at Seaspice on the River, which hosted a party to show off some pretty new bottles from Perrier-Jouët.
Insiders tell Miami.com model Winnie Harlow really enjoyed the bubbly so much that she left the bash with her very own bottle of $300 cuvee.
Maybe she was looking for Leonardo DiCaprio?
And yes even more champagne flowed at The House of Ruinart’s fête at Miami Beach Botanical Garden. The event was to celebrate Brazil’s Vik Muniz, whose series, “Shared Roots,” fuses art and (yes!) food. Chef Daniel Boulud was on deck for the edible portion of the evening while attendees like model Joan Smalls mingled with art royalty like Gaia Matisse, the great-great granddaughter of Henri Matisse. RESPECT.
Out in Wynwood, Paris Hilton checked out the new Diesel building, the fashion brand’s first foray into real estate. The heiress rocked an interesting outfit consisting of a black bondage-y top, green skirt, giant sunglasses and hot pink purse like only she can.
