Gabrielle Union just had the worst week ever. D-Wade to the rescue.

Gabrielle Union can’t be entering the holiday season in the most celebratory mood.

Right before Thanksgiving, news broke that the actress’s gig at “America’s Got Talent” was over.

Deadline first reported her contract would not be getting renewed. Fellow 14th season judge, “Dancing with the Stars” pro Julianne Hough, was also a victim of the “AGT” ax. Though Hough didn’t publicly comment on the matter, Union has been fairly vocal — and visibly upset.

Seems Union had some issues behind the scenes. According to Variety, the “Being Mary Jane” reportedly, um, butted heads with show creator Simon Cowell over his smoking, and objected to a joke guest judge Jay Leno cracked about Asians.

The showbiz outlet went on to discuss the NBC reality competition’s “toxic culture” that apparently Union was not happy about.

So was her contract just not renewed or was Union summarily fired by speaking out?

Whatever happened over there, the woman has a ton of support, most of it at home.

Seriously, Dwyane Wade has been a rock.

Though their Turkey Day probably wasn’t the most festive, an Insta picture of her leaning on him with her eyes closed says it all.

“Lord, you know I’m trying. Whew and breathe.”

Wade Tweeted numerous times how how’s he got his lady’s back.

“As proud as I was of her being selected as a judge on #AGT,” he wrote in one of the retired Miami Heat star’s many gushing posts. “I am even more proud of her standing up for what she stands for and that’s US.”

Besides the NBA legend telling the world how awesome his spouse is, Union is also getting props from women’s advocacy group Time’s Up, launching a petition calling out NBC for having a toxic work environment.

SAG-AFTRA is also now officially investigating the matter. In a statement Sunday, the performers’ union said it was looking into Union’s controversial departure. She is also set to meet with NBC brass this week.

Can we say exit interview from hell?
