Vic & Angelo's on Miami Beach closes, owner loses control of other eateries

Well-known South Florida restaurant entrepreneur David Mainiero has lost control of Delray Beach’s popular Atlantic Avenue eateries The Office and Vic & Angelo’s Italian restaurants as well as the Palm Beach Gardens Vic & Angelo’s, Gossip Extra has confirmed.

The move comes in the wake of the extra-quick closing of Miami Beach’s Vic & Angelo’s (150 Ocean Dr.) just weeks after it’s grand opening in November.

Mainiero’s partner in the ventures, Palm Beach Gardens “businessman” and retired auto dealer John Rosatti, now operates the remaining three restaurants.
