Drake puts 2 Miami apartments up for sale
Like Beyonce before him, Drake wants out of his SoFla condo. The rapper, 25, is trying to rid himself of two side by side apartments he owns at the 3-year-old Marquis Residences at 1100 Biscayne Boulevard. Interested? You’ll have to fork out $1.9 million for one (a three bedroom), $599,000 for the other (just one bedroom). No need to scout the places if you don’t have time. The ritzy crash pads (which were combined) were featured in Drake’s video last year for I’m on One. Lots of windows and awesome views; collaborator, local DJ Khaled, hangs out on the ample balcony. Drake bought the places last January for a total of $1.9 million, so yeah, he’s looking to make a profit.
