Meat Market chef Sean Brasel gears up menu for NBA finals
Meat Market is going through a name change temporarily – to the Heat Market. No just kidding, but the Lincoln Road hot spot is rolling out all the stops for the home team, with new food items. To keep anxious appetites satisfied, Levy Restaurants, the official restaurant partner of American Airlines Arena, has tapped MM’s Chef Sean Brasel of Meat Market to cook. His contemporary cuisine will featured on all Suite and Flagship Lounge menus for the final games, and a signature Meat Market dish will be available at the concession stands. Meat Market is a local hangout and favorite of basketball players while they’re in town, too. Menu highlights for the finals include: · Asian BBQ Lamb Ribs with pickled red onion and green papaya salad · Petite Filet with foie butter · White truffle Beef Tar-tar with parmesan toasts · Prime Marinated Deckle Steak with aji pancha dipping sauce · Seared Broccolini with dried tomatoes and chili flakes · Boneless Short Rib with lobster risotto · Potato Gratin · Lobster Mashed Potatoes
