Nevada: Flower power

Tickets for Las Vegas’ massive, three-day Electric Daisy Carnival have gone on sale — six months ahead of the event. The electronic dance music festival featuring DJs, art installations, carnival rides, on-site weddings and other attractions is scheduled to return June 19-21 to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. It’s been held in Las Vegas since 2011, and about 134,000 people attended each day of this year’s event. Tickets start at $329 plus service fees, while a VIP pass costs $699.
