Australia natives Teresa and Nick Sharp keep giving us more reasons to love their Threefold Café. The all-day breakfast space they opened in 2014 along Coral Gables’ Giralda Avenue restaurant row already has an outstanding coffee program (the key to any good morning), a tasteful kids’ play area and the 2015 Miami Herald Restaurant Dish of the Year: The Smashed Avo.
The Sharps are taking things to new heights in 2016, launching a new Thursday-Saturday dinner service with food by former Uvaggio chef (and Top Chef contestant) Bret Pelaggi. And this month they officially opened a second Threefold Café, in South Miami. Same outstanding coffee. Same Aussie hospitality. Same fresh and filling food. Just more of it. With the Sharps in charge, we may never fall out of love with Threefold.
