Shopper’s Dictionary: Vegan Celebration Roast
What is it? A vegan alternative to the meat-based centerpieces so prevalent around the holidays, Celebration Roast from Seattle’s Field Roast Grain Meat Co. is a grain-based product seasoned with herbs and stuffed with a blend of butternut squash, mushrooms and green apples. Available in 1- and 2-pound roasts.
Where can I find it? Whole Foods Markets in South Florida carry Celebration Roasts for about $10 for the 1-pound size. fieldroast.com.
