Inspector’s notes: “Roach activity present as evidenced by 25-plus live roaches found. Found on walls and floors. All prep room.”
Issued an emergency order to temporarily close; reopened the next day after a follow-up inspection.
The Ugly
Little Tokyo, 11401 Pines Blvd., Pembroke Pines. Inspected on June 15; 20 violations, three high-priority.
Inspector’s notes: “Rodent activity: Approximately 40 fresh droppings in soda storage area, four fresh droppings in mop sink.”
Issued an emergency order to temporarily close; reopened the next day after a follow-up inspection.
