Shopper’s Dictionary: Ellee’s Orange Blossom Granola

What is it? Ellee’s Fine Granolas, located in Doral, makes a line of gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan granolas and cookies, all available online.

We love the Orange Blossom Granola, which provides a true sense of place from its infusion of juice, zest and candied peel from Florida oranges. That gets mixed in with oats, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, dried fruits, nuts, coconut oil and raw honey, and it’s all baked low-and-slow until soft and chewy.
