The Good

Rosie’s Bar & Grill, 2449 Wilton Dr., Wilton Manors. Inspected on April 7; zero violations.

The Bad

Cayard’s Bakery, 12801 W. Dixie Hwy., North Miami. Inspected on April 7; 37 violations, including six high-priority. Inspector’s notes: “Roach activity present as evidenced by approximately 20-plus live roaches found throughout the kitchen/storage area. Rodent activity present as evidenced by approximately 50-plus dry rodent droppings found throughout the restaurant.” Issued an emergency order to close; reopened April 8 after a satisfactory follow-up inspection.

The Ugly

Ocean Pizza and Juice, 30 SW Eighth St., Miami. Inspected on April 8; 32 violations, including six high-priority. Inspector’s notes: “Live, small flying insects in food wash area … Roach activity present by live roaches found, approximately 10 under shelf beneath display counter, one by the cash register and one under ice cream cooler.” Issued an emergency order to close; reopened on April 9 pending a repeat follow-up inspection.
