The Good
P.F. Chang’s, 1400 Glades Rd., Boca Raton. Inspected on March 31; zero violations.
The Bad
K’chapas, 5209 NW 79th Ave., Doral. Inspected on April 3; 11 violations, including four high-priority. Inspector’s notes: “Roach activity present as evidenced by approximately 20 live roaches found in kitchen's shelves.” Follow-up inspections on April 3 and 4 were satisfactory.
The Ugly
Wilton Wings, 1428 NE Fourth Ave., Fort Lauderdale. Inspected on April 2; 21 violations, including four high-priority. Inspector’s notes: “Observed two live roaches walking on prep table with partial-cooked wings next to grill. Four live roaches in storage area under and next to freezer. Three live roaches walking on floor in front of grill. Six live roaches on wall behind dish machine. ” Issued an emergency order to close; reopened after a satisfactory follow-up inspection on April 3.
