Shopper’s Dictionary: Chef Cristy’s Raw Rolls

What is it? Maria Cristina Gonzalez, aka Chef Cristy, has expanded distribution of her Raw Cinnamon Rolls throughout South Florida-area Whole Foods. And she has added new products to her line of raw-vegan treats, including Cacao Rolls, Velvet Rolls, Key Lime Pie and Orange Twist Brownies.

Gonzalez says her mission “is to spread the word about eating healthy, and our path is focused on healthy desserts.” More information: chefcristysrawfoods.com.

Where to find it: Available at six South Florida Whole Foods plus several vegan and vegetarian restaurants. About $10 for three rolls.
