Former UCF star was picked in NFL Draft first round. Now he signed his rookie deal.
The Minnesota Vikings announced former UCF star Mike Hughes signed his rookie contract on Thursday.
Hughes signed a four-year deal worth $9.87 million with a $5.26 million signing bonus, according to the Pioneer Press.
Hughes was selected 30th overall in the 2018 NFL Draft.
A native of New Bern, North Carolina, Hughes was a second-team All-American with 49 tackles as a junior cornerback in 2017.
