Changing diapers - anywhere and everywhere

Kudos to Miami Commissioner Frank Carollo for raising the money to get diaper-changing tables installed in city public restrooms - men's and women's.  Fewer places we have to improvise! Where's the most uncomfortable place you've ever had to change a diaper?
