Lennar: Buyers find value at Isles at Bayshore in Cutler Bay

Lennar’s resort-style community of Isles at Bayshore in Cutler Bay had an overwhelming response during its grand opening at The Tides this past weekend, says Carlos González, president of Lennar’s Southeast Florida Division.

Home buyers familiar with Isles at Bayshore have been anticipating this grand opening, as it has been several years since Lennar has offered single-family homes for sale in the community, says González. Furthermore, those who buy a new Lennar home in Isles at Bayshore will pay no closing costs, he says.

The Tides, the newest neighborhood within the community of Isles at Bayshore, is an intimate neighborhood of 153 single-family homes offering buyers the choice of three, four or five bedrooms plus a one- or two-car garage. Grand opening prices start from $214,990 up to $254,990.

Home buyers seeking the opportunity to buy a single-family home at pre-construction savings are encouraged to visit The Tides this weekend, as these homes will sell fast, says González.

In addition to the new single-family homes at The Tides, buyers can also choose from two other amazing Lennar communities in Isles at Bayshore: The Shores, which offers three spectacular two-story townhome designs with garage, with either two or three bedrooms and up to 1,700 square feet, priced from $159,990 to $174,990, and the new patio-home community of Trellis, offering elegant two-story patio home designs with enhanced architectural detailing, rear terrace, up to four bedrooms and nearly 2,400 square feet, priced from $197,990 to $224,990.

Residents at Isles at Bayshore are greeted by a manned entry with beautifully landscaped grounds and pristine lake views. A grand lakefront clubhouse offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, a children’s playroom, oversize family pool, children’s pool, playground and party room for gatherings and celebrations.

“Many in the real estate industry have acknowledged that the South Florida housing market is changing,” González adds. “In fact, a recent article in a local newspaper quoted the chief economist of the National Association of Realtors as predicting, ‘Florida’s existing home prices will jump 10 percent by the end of 2012 as inventories decrease and investors battle for income-producing properties.’ So when we say ‘now is the best time to buy,’ we truly mean it.”

The Lennar Welcome Home Center is at 21864 SW 93rd Path in Cutler Bay, inside the clubhouse. For information, call 877-206-6318. The center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. To see available Lennar communities, visit www.Lennar.com/FloridaDeals.
