In the coming months, The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort will announce a new partnership with a famous culinary star for its signature restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, says John Manrique, vice president of sales and marketing for Starwood Vacation Ownership, Inc., a subsidiary of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.

With accolades ranging from Bon Appetit “Chef of the Year” to San Francisco Magazine “Chef of the Year,” acclaimed chef Michael Mina continues to dazzle the culinary world with bold dining concepts. Born in Cairo, Egypt, and raised in Ellensburg, Washington, the Michelin-star and James Beard award winner is the owner of the Mina Group with partner Andre Agassi. He showcases his signature small plate trios at Stonehill Tavern at The St. Regis Monarch Beach in Southern California.

Chef Adam Tanner offers a farm-to-table approach at The Restaurant at The St. Regis Aspen Resort, highlighting the freshest seasonal ingredients from Roaring Fork Valley and across America. Early in his career, he honed his culinary skills under famed chefs such as Charlie Trotter, Rick Tramonto, Nico Ladenis and Graham Elliot Bowles.
