Swank Farm in Loxahatchee Groves is bringing back its family-style farm-to-table dining series, Swank Table, beginning on November 18 and extending through 2019. More than 80 celebrated chefs from South Florida and beyond will participate in this season of events, highlighting produce from the hydroponic farm owned by Darrin and Jodi Swank.
Swank Table is a series of 18 signature events, all raising money for local charities. The newly announced season includes a 3030 Ocean Reunion Dinner, featuring the food of chef Dean James Max and several of the acclaimed local chefs who came up through that restaurant’s kitchen. In addition to South Florida-based chefs, this season of Swank Table will welcome culinary masters from Milwaukee, Martha’s Vineyard, Boston and Louisville.

Farm tour, then a special meal
Each meal on the farm — located about an hour and a half north of Miami — brings together top chefs, mixologists, winemakers and brewers, making for truly memorable experiences. The menus are all-inclusive and all-local, incorporating products from partner farms and freshly harvested Swank Farm vegetables. And each event begins with a tour of the farm led by the Swanks, followed by a meal in their custom-designed barn.
Swank Farm’s new resident chef, Sam Horrocks, will work alongside the guest chefs. Horrocks also will host special brunches on Easter and Mother’s Day, featuring fun activities for kids and unlimited mimosas, Bloody Marys and craft beers for adults.
