Humanitarian chef José Andrés is making it rain truffles in Miami. Through the end of February, The Bazaar by José Andrés at the SLS South Beach is offering a five-course truffle tasting menu for $150. In addition to the limited-time menu, two truffle cocktails are making brief appearances, both $13.
