It’s been a long week (again) and you deserve a drink that is both stiff and stylish. Ditch the kitchen for the bar cart and give these easy cocktail recipes a shake (or stir) tonight. Dinner not required.

Reyka Orange Crush by Trevor Schneider, Reyka Vodka Brand Ambassador

Ingredients:

1.5 parts Reyka Vodka

3 parts fresh orange juice

Top sprite OR soda

Preparation:

Build by combining all ingredients in a pint glass, adding ice. Garnish with an orange slice.

White Cosmo (The Brazilian Court Hotel by Daniel Boulud)

The White Cosmo (made with tequila instead of vodka) is available at The Brazilian Court in Palm Beach.


Ingredients:

2 oz Stolichnaya Vodka

1 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur

¾ oz White Cranberry Juice

½ oz Lime Juice

1 Orchid Ice Ball*

Preparation:

In a shaker, combine liquid ingredients with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a carafe. Place orchid ice ball in a martini glass. When ready to serve, pour contents of carafe over ice ball.

*Orchid Ice Ball – Place 1 pesticide-free orchid in 2” diameter ice ball mold, fill with filtered water, and freeze.

Hemingway Daiquiri (Ocean Key Resort & Spa in Key West)



Ingredients:

2 oz. Bacardi Superior Rum

1 oz. Grapefruit Juice

1 oz. Lime Juice

0.5 oz. Cane Syrup

0.5 oz Maraschino Liqueur

Preparation:

Strain over crushed ice in a double old fashioned glass, and garnish with a grapefruit slice.

Spicy Verde Margarita

Spice up the weekend with this twist on a classic margarita.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

2 Cucumber Slices

2 Serrano Slices

4 Basil Leaves

1/2 Thick rime of Salt/Sugar/Tajín Mixture

Garnish Basil Leaf and Serrano Slice

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Muddle cucumber, serrano and basil. Add ice, shake vigorously, and fine strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish with basil leaf and Serrano slice.

Belvedere Herbal Spritz

Ingredients:

30 ml / 1 Oz Belvedere Vodka

30 ml / 1 Oz Italian bitter

1 Rosemary stem

1 Orange slice

Sparkling water

Tonic water

Preparation:

Fill a white wine glass to the top with ice. Combine vodka and Italian bitter. Top with equal parts of sparkling water and tonic water. Add rosemary stem and orange slice as a garnish.

Classic Whiskey Sour

The secret to an on-point whiskey sour? Fresh lemon juice.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces whiskey

1 1/2 ounces lemon juice (fresh)

3/4 ounce simple syrup

Garnish: maraschino cherry, or lime peel

Preparation:

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a chilled sour glass or over fresh ice in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a cherry or lemon peel.
