Two of Miami’s top chefs are celebrating an exclusive night of rich cuisine. Here’s how you can get a seat
It’s no secret that Miamians are obsessed with great food, but it’s not every day that eager diners can enjoy the dishes of two of the city’s most notable chefs in one go. Come celebrate Miami’s rich cuisine culture as Scott Linquist of the international taqueria COYO Taco cooks alongside friend and fellow renowned chef Carlos Garcia at Obra Kitchen Table this Thursday, February 27th, for their new Obra Nights series starting at 8pm.
Get a front row seat as these two kitchen masters create an exclusive 6-course dinner including Fideos Secos Mexicanos (vermicelli pasta, toasted garlic, crispy pork belly, uni, salmon caviar), Huachinango a la Veracruzana (whole local snapper, charcoal roasted salsa vercruzana, and charred lemon) and Costillas en Mole Chichilo (bone in Angus short rib, “burnt” Oaxacan black mole, pickled chiles, and blue corn tortilla).
